The best part of the story is that our cottage is on Keuka Lake -- the Bluff. No one ever wants to come out to the Bluff to work. They were, not only professional, courteous and personable, but they also took time to explain the workings of their Company.
We had an emergency electrical situation that required immediate attention. We called Martin's at 4:30 pm, Wednesday. They confirmed an appointment by 5:00 that same afternoon for 8:00 the next morning - Thursday. Promptly @ 8:00 that next morning the contractor arrived, assessed the situation, did an excellent job of fixing the issue and was done by 9:00.
