Amazing staff 80% of the time helpful there are a lot of good deals an the set up of the store saves a lot of time from having to search for items
This is a good food market. It's surprisingly large, it looks small from the outside. The employees are very friendly, the prices are good and the selection is great. I shop here whenever I'm in the area.
I have always enjoyed shopping at Tops here in Penn Yan as well as I love talking with the employees and they are very respectful, considrent as well as very helpful and understanding. I have two thumbs up for Tops in Penn Yan.....
Good selection of food and beverages. Not as good as Wegmans pricing is ok but to be expected in a small town with limited competition.
Was on vacation and bought dinner in deli: fish dinner, salat and something else, I forget what. Expensive, not eatable, not fast. It is small village, but it is not exuse for kitchen manager. Good news - I survived.
